The aim of our OptimumCare Plus community nursing services program is to increase the chances of entitled people to live independent and healthy life. Our staff are trained to develop a bond with our clients in order to make their journey with us a memorable one. We provide both at home and hospital care services through our programs . Our nurses and staff are fully trained in providing services for wound care, diabetes management, medication management, injuries along with personal care.
If you need specialist nursing care relating to your disability, our registered nurses will come to your home to provide training to you, your carer, or our care staff to ensure that you have the skills and support you need to live independently at home.

- Complex bowel care
- Enteral (Naso-Gastric Tube – Jejunum or Duodenum) Feeding and Management
- Tracheostomy Management Urinary Catheter Management (In-dwelling
- Urinary Catheter, In-out Catheter, Suprapubic Catheter)
- Ventilator Management
- Subcutaneous Injections
- Complex Wound Management
- Supporting participants with day to day management of medication
- Disposal of waste, infectious or hazardous substances.
- Assist with Bowel and Bladder Management.
- Palliative Care / Light Massage and Exercise Assistance.
